Arkansas Horseshoeing School Announces Upcoming 2022 Farrier Classes Beginning September 6, October 4, November 1, and December 6

Dardanelle, AR – Arkansas Horseshoeing School has announced dates for its upcoming 2022 Farrier classes. The school has over 130 years of experience in blacksmithing and farrier tradition and is passing its knowledge down to interested students with its comprehensive courses. The course start dates have been announced for September 6, October 4, November 1 and December 6, 2022.

With the latest announcement, interested persons will be able to choose the course that best fits their schedule, needs, and budget. The school has also announced that its curriculum has 8,12, 16, and 24-week traditional courses designed for prospective farriers. In the courses, students will learn everything they need to know, from how to manage a business to equine anatomy, diagnosing a hoof problem, hoof trimming, blacksmithing, and more.

Welcoming interested students to enroll in the courses starting September 6, October 4, November 1 and December 6, the Arkansas Horseshoeing School spokesperson noted that classes start the first Tuesday of each month with specific holidays observed. The school’s spokesperson added that course training happens five days a week, from Tuesdays to Saturdays between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm. The classes can sometimes extend until later, ending between 8:00 and 9:00 pm.

Students can expect to be graded according to their performance and receive a certificate of completion from Arkansas Horseshoeing School at the end of the course. Students will also be required to pass a minimum of 70% in four categories, including forge projects, written tests, final horse, and attendance and participation.
