The weight-lifting program group worked out much more in general throughout the 12 weeks, with 10 to 12 reps per set than the ARX group’s 6 reps. The weightlifting group also worked out 3 days a week in the last 4 weeks versus the ARX group’s 2 days a week regime. These numbers are even more impressive considering that the weight-lifting group exercised much more than the ARX group.
Even though the weight lifting group put in more time working out, ARX came out on top and by pretty wide margins. ARX offers all of the benefits of weight-lifting and more while requiring much less workout time resulting in a much smaller time commitment.
